Overview

This project showcases early-stage brand and communications strategy developed for a fine jewelry brand focused on modern heirlooms and long-term meaning. The work centers on establishing brand identity, defining messaging and visual direction, and building a structured content system prior to product launch.

Objective

The objective was to establish brand perception before product availability by building understanding, trust, and emotional positioning. Instead of relying on product visibility, the strategy focused on communicating meaning, material, and long-term value.

Competitive analysis across fine jewelry and accessible luxury brands informed brand’s positioning as a brand centered on longevity, meaning, and emotional significance rather than trend-driven consumption or high-frequency product drops.

Content System & Planning

A comprehensive content system was developed, including a multi-week content calendar, defined themes, and platform-specific execution. Content was organized around key pillars such as brand philosophy, craftsmanship, emotional storytelling, and long-term value.

Platform Strategy

Instagram served as the primary platform for visual storytelling and brand foundation, while TikTok supported more organic, process-driven content. Posting cadence prioritized low-frequency, high-quality content to maintain an intentional and elevated brand presence.

Visual Development

In the absence of physical product, a custom visual asset library was created using AI-generated imagery combined with Photoshop editing. These visuals focused on texture, light, and material to communicate the concept of modern heirlooms and establish a cohesive brand aesthetic.

Messaging & Content Execution

Content included captions, text-led videos, and visual storytelling designed to reinforce brand values such as longevity, intention, and emotional significance. Messaging was consistent across all content, ensuring clarity and cohesion throughout the pre-launch phase.

Developed and structured a full-month content system across Instagram and TikTok, including grid posts, reels, video, and stories, aligned with a cohesive brand narrative.

Creator Strategy & Outreach

A creator outreach system was developed to identify and engage micro-creators aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and values. This included defining selection criteria, building a tracking system, and creating outreach templates for both direct messages and email communication.
