A fashion brand releases a social media campaign intended to be bold and provocative, but it is quickly criticized for being culturally insensitive. The campaign gains traction on TikTok and Instagram, with users calling out the brand and demanding accountability. Media outlets begin covering the backlash, increasing pressure on the brand to respond.

Objective

Protect and rebuild trust by maintaining relationships with key publics while stabilizing brand perception and preventing long-term reputational damage.
